BANNER DESIGNERS WANTED

If you can design stunning animated banners then we want to hear from you. Successful candidates would ideal have 2 or more years experience in designing banners, but if you have that excellent quality without experience then you should still apply. Each designer would benefit from helping us advertise our site in some way, although you don't have to. We would not be paying for this, but it will help bring more work in and thus make you more money. What we are looking for from you to start with is the following:

A CV & / or portfolio of banners you have designed. Other elements of design are welcome to (such as design for print, web designs, logos and other graphics). If you do not have a CV then a short write up of your background would be fine.
Once an order is placed at our set rate, we need the designers to then design the banner for our client and we pay you per banner. So obviously your rates to us must be cheaper than ours. Please give example pricing of the following sized animated banners (an whether your prices are negotiable): 468x60, 728x90, 125x125, and 234x60
If you have carried out any type of service online in the past and have had feedback or a testimonial from a client, please tell us about it, if you haven't provided a service and have no feedback or testimonial, we will base our decision purely on your portfolio.
What would your production time be from start to finish an animated banner (on average) and how readily available would you be to start jobs as and when they come in?
